In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape every aspect of our SEO strategy, from technical optimization to content creation, across our portals and media partner platforms in the dynamic markets of the US & Europe.

- Act as the foremost authority on SEO within the organization, steering the direction of SEO practices by keeping abreast of industry trends and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with these cutting-edge approaches.
- Lead all aspects of SEO, encompassing technical SEO, on-page, off-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Develop impactful strategies that significantly enhance organic visibility and engagement across our portals and media partner platforms in the US & Europe, leading the company's SEO and content strategy to foster organic growth across all channels.
- Further enhance our already best-in-class SEO approach focusing on user experience and performance.
- Continuously analyze the market landscape, including direct competitors and industry leaders, to refine and adapt our strategy for maximal impact.
- Oversee a dedicated team of eight full-time employees and additional freelancers, orchestrating the strategic execution and operational tasks.
- Develop and grow the team, setting clear objectives, and tracking progress towards achieving these milestones.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing, technology, and product management departments, leveraging your department’s insights to influence product enhancements and innovations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO initiatives, overseeing the budget and reporting on key metrics to internal stakeholders, thereby ensuring strategic alignment and accountability.
- Define, reboot, and implement the group’s overall marketing and communication strategy both, externally and internally.
